This is an edit with short clips from various wingsuit flights I did in Norway late in the 2010 season. All jumps are done in the area of Romsdalen and Eikesdalen in Norway. They dated all through high school and then he broke up with her when they both went off to college. A few years down the road, he wanted her back, so he came to me for advice. I told him I’d write him a song for her. They are now happily back together. Not married yet, but then again, they are still young. The video concept is basically that I will be whoever you need me to be because I’M YOUR MAN! That’s why the screen splits and you see my body parts interchange with other peoples’. A lot of people liked my old tutorial, so I did another one. This time, I gave them more time to read. Most maps have a place or two where you can use these tricks, try it! Now that you get 1 charge every 6 seconds with the Persian Persuader, these jumps are a great boost to Demoknight’s mobility. Not pictured are simpler jumps like “charge midair for 2 meters to reach a platform” and “ramp off rocks and go nowhere really fast”. Also NO, this is not a bug.

BODYWEIGHT CARDIO

These exercises will help to improve your strength and mobility much better than any regular cardio training could. The Crazy 8 Bodyweight 300 Cardio Circuit encompasses 8 bodyweight exercises in circuit fashion that you are going to go through 3 times. Between the number of repetitions and in the number of seconds held it’s 300 total seconds and repetitions each time you complete a circuit. So start with 60 classic jumping jacks at a nice and fast pace. Go out to the balls of your heels and back in, and be sure that your hands go up above your head and then immediately down into spiderman pushups. A spiderman pushup is a regular pushup and as you go down, your knee comes up to your elbow, alternating sides. Once you get up, you’re going to do walking lunges. Step out and down, walking forward in a straight line, while getting a stretch in the hip flexor region. After you’ve completed your walking lunges, you’re going to go down and do spiderman climbs. To do these, start in the pushup position, and bring your foot up beside your hand or whatever you’re comfortable with given your flexibility. Jumping Rope Is Nothing New to Most

Well I guess I might have to say that jumping rope is nothing new to most women although a lot of guys jumped rope when they were younger also.  So my question to all of you would be, “when was the last time your jumped rope?”  For many of you the last time would probably be sometime back when you were in elementary or middle school.  I remember that after school and on the weekends kids would spend hours outside skipping rope.

Jumping Rope as Full Body Workout

Almost everyone wants an exercise or activity that will allow them to work their entire body so that everything can be done all at once.  If this is the case for you also then you have to look no further than purchasing a jump rope from your local sporting goods store.  If you jump rope you will work almost every muscle in your body if you do it correctly.  The fact is most people think that the only muscles that get worked are the legs when in fact everything body part from your arms, shoulders, abdominals, and calves all get a great workout.  I would be the first time you do a jump rope workout your entire body will be sore.

The Best Type Jump Rope To Buy

The best type of rope for a jump rope workout in my opinion is a speed rope.  These ropes are usually no more than about .00 and they are usually made of plastic.  I also suggest that you purchase a rope that is adjustable so that you are able to change the length to fit your specific height and arm length.  If you try jumping with a rope that is too long you will not be able to jump fast enough and of course if it is too short it will probably end up hitting you in your head.

Learn How to Jump Rope Before Attempting This Workout

You don’t have to be a pro to jump rope but I would imagine that most people reading this could not jump rope for 5 minutes straight without messing up or stopping because they are tired.  What I recommend is that for a few weeks you practice jumping rope for 3-5 minutes straight without stopping or messing up.  If you have to stop or mess up simply start over and your time starts over again also, this will help you build both the skill and stamina you need to workout.

15 Minute Jump Rope Workout for Anyone To Do

Stand in front of a clock or timer of some sort
Jump Rope for 3 minutes to warm up
Rest for 30 seconds
Jump rope as quickly as possible for 60 seconds
Rest for 30 seconds
Jump Rope as quickly as possible for 60 seconds
Rest for 30 seconds

Repeat this alternating pattern for 15-20 minutes

Mu actual best jump is 2175ft or 663m on the baseball stadium jump (south central). And for people who are little bit retarded and who like saying that it’s cheating or glitching etc, they have to know that is a choice of cheats on you options menu were you can use unlimited nos, no police ,no fines unlimited specials, overhead view, no damage that is offline you have to pay attention when he is playing online and offline there is a difference and off line theres trafic and online you have the choice of puting traffic but i? didnt see any when he was online so pay attention the next time before you judge a video !!
