This is an edit with short clips from various wingsuit flights I did in Norway late in the 2010 season. All jumps are done in the area of Romsdalen and Eikesdalen in Norway. Now that you get 1 charge every 6 seconds with the Persian Persuader, these jumps are a great boost to Demoknight’s mobility. The Crazy 8 Bodyweight 300 Cardio Circuit encompasses 8 bodyweight exercises in circuit fashion that you are going to go through 3 times. So start with 60 classic jumping jacks at a nice and fast pace. Go out to the balls of your heels and back in, and be sure that your hands go up above your head and then immediately down into spiderman pushups. A spiderman pushup is a regular pushup and as you go down, your knee comes up to your elbow, alternating sides. Once you get up, you’re going to do walking lunges. Step out and down, walking forward in a straight line, while getting a stretch in the hip flexor region. After you’ve completed your walking lunges, you’re going to go down and do spiderman climbs. To do these, start in the pushup position, and bring your foot up beside your hand or whatever you’re comfortable with given your flexibility. Well I guess I might have to say that jumping rope is nothing new to most women although a lot of guys jumped rope when they were younger also. So my question to all of you would be, “when was the last time your jumped rope?” For many of you the last time would probably be sometime back when you were in elementary or middle school. I remember that after school and on the weekends kids would spend hours outside skipping rope.

You don’t have to be a pro to jump rope but I would imagine that most people reading this could not jump rope for 5 minutes straight without messing up or stopping because they are tired. What I recommend is that for a few weeks you practice jumping rope for 3-5 minutes straight without stopping or messing up. If you have to stop or mess up simply start over and your time starts over again also, this will help you build both the skill and stamina you need to workout.
